Good cushioning with a thick sole, but not too thick to feel unstable. Lace system is nice and tight. Have gone on couple of long runs with no issues. Durability still unknown, but past adidas running have fared quite well.Liked them very much.Very comfortable. Fits as expected. If you are a neutral runner looking for a well cushioned shoe this is a very good choice.Great shoes, supplied super quickThe Solar Boost 21's are a decent shoe, albeit a bit heavy. Perhaps I'm too much of a midfoot striker to really take advantage of this shoe, but to me it felt very clunky and cumbersome. The upper fits well, though I think it could have a touch more arch support. The midsole, in my opinion, is where this shoe falls apart. The Boost foam in this shoe feels a bit firmer than I would expect it to. It reminds more of the Bounce foam Adidas uses in their lower end shoes. I also think that all the plastic pieces on the bottom of the shoe that are designed to give a propulsive effect only contribute in making the shoe feel clunky and adds weight.I'd definitely recommend the Adidas Solar Glide over this shoe. The upper fits better, the foam is softer and more responsive, and it feels better underfoot. Oh, and it costs less too.I'm just a runner, and those are my 2 cents.Fits good very controls.
