It has a spotlight, or rotate the head 350 degrees and its a cob light that also does red and blinking. Recharges with a cable or built in solar panel. Lays down or stands on end for use as a work light. Super bright.I expected this spotlight with all of this to have some weight to it. However, it is surprisingly light weight for all it does. I have older technology lights that don't do a fraction of this and feel like a brick. So, if you are backpacking, camping, hunting, or anything with much gear to carry along, this will not be the straw that breaks the camels back.It’s VERY bright! Charges easily with a usb cable (cable is included). Good to have handy during springtime storms when our power tends to go out for short periods.This light is much brighter than I anticipated. It’s very light weight, unlike my old one that required D batteries. I do wonder about durability due to how light it is, but they make pretty durable plastics these days. It’s bright and the battery last a decent amount of time. Great for our camping needs and if there’s a power outage. Just be careful not to blind someone with it. Swivel head is cool so you can have spot or flood light. Long press to turn on flood light. Press again to cycle through the options for color temp and brightness. The spot light has high, low and strobe. Very happy with it so far. Haven’t tried Solar charging, but I’m guessing it’s not very efficient.
