Cushioning is soft and sturdy. Not good for cold or wet settings. You can really feel the cold getting in the shoe. The green colored midsole can get marks easily and it is difficult to impossible to get it clean. Inner side of the shoe where the ball of your heel hits is already torn after a couple of months wearing indoors at work. Overall, a good shoe. Comfortable right out of the box.
