Comfortable and springy feel. I have been away from running for many years, mostly from a personal aversion to cardio. However, I needed to find ways to fight off the creep of fat a sedentary working life brings. I found these at a good price. They are comfortable, fit true to size, and feel good on the feet. I like the blue, however it is very "loud" and some may not care for it. I wear these to run, walk, and push the baby in the stroller. The only thing I do not care for is the lace up. I do not feel as secure in these shoes as I feel in other shoes. Overall, these are great for the price.
