These lights fit perfectly on the posts of my deck. My deck faces the woods and it is very dark out there. These lights provide a soft glow that isn't in your face bright. They come on at dusk and go off at sunrise. No wires and not extension cords. They look like there came with the deck or were professionally installed. I bought a second set so that I can do the steps that go down to the grass. The white light looks so nice from inside looking out. I love these lights and wish I had gotten them years ago!
