I have been swimming a lot recently and wanted to make the jump from a jammer to this. It felt odd to wear in public at the pool at first but I got used to it quickly like the jammer before it. It is really comfortable for lap swimming and gives the least resistance in the water. It was a tight fit as expected but seems to have loosened a bit in the following weeks. I would suggest the size Amazon recommends if it has been accurate for you in the past.
