Not only do these motion lights work perfectly, they come with batteries. I use them in my Rig and my scuttle attic spaces and a tall garment rack. They stay stuck where you put them and I have had them for many many months. They deserve 5 stars.I installed these in my Moms pantry. They came with batteries, easy to install and are bright. When I open the door and make a motion they light up good. I am going to buy another set for me to put in the bathroom!!! I am happy with this product.Light is bright, motion detector works great- the batteries that come with it doesn’t last very long.Easy to install. Bright lights and works well with motion detection. Definitely should buy right now you will not be disappointed.I ordered these after seeing someone install them in their child’s school locker. I got the product info from the mom and ordered based on her recommendation. Shipping was super fast and packing was excellent with each light packaged separately. They even came with the necessary batteries! My son is happy and now I’m trying to figure out where I can best use the other two. I don’t always write reviews but this product deserved one.Batteries died quickly. Good they can be replaced. Very bright light. Motion detection is on/off. First installed cats realized they could turn it on by walking by so all night long it was on and off. At times it didn't pick up me until I walked right up to it. Odd. But for the cats fun worth it.Motion detection is decent enough. It turns on soon after seeing motion, but the motion sensitivity isn't high. I sometimes have to wave my arm to turn the light back on when it turns off on me while I'm in my closet.The units draw about 200mA of current when lights are on, and about 20uA when off, so they should have about 4 hours of total "on" time before requiring battery change.I love this product! I’ve purchased 3 sets so far and have placed them strategically around my house. I’m an early riser and hate using lights around the house only to have to go behind myself and turn them out. The magnetic base allows me to remove them to replace the batteries. I have both the battery and rechargeable lights but, I like these better in the event of a power outage. I have placed them in closets and hallways and any non-occupied room like bathrooms and spare bedrooms. The light is bright enough to shower with if so needed. The pantry and front and back egress or also great places. I rarely turn on a light anymore and it’s neat to see that they respond quickly and quietly. So long as you’re moving they remain on. So they work great at the coffee pot and under the sink. I’ve only had to change out the battery in a couple of the lights that are used in the hallway and bathrooms. The oldest lights are a couple months old on the original batteries.A few cons but nothing to change the 5 star rating.I would like to see an upgrade model in the near future. The upgrades would help out on how long the batteries last. First I’d like to be able to adjust the intensity of the light. The hallway and bathrooms do not always need to be brightly lit. Second I’d like to be able to adjust the motion sensor sensitivity. I’d like to use additional lights in areas with some movement, like sitting areas. I’ve tried using them in the bedroom and living room but their sensitivity is so good that any motion sets them off. Third I’d like to be able to adjust their light sensitivity. Some places like the hallway come on even during the day because of low lighting. If you leave a light on they won’t come on but that defeats their purpose. These updates would easily increase the life of the batteries and open up more places that they could be used.
